English-speaking physiotherapists in Madrid
Looking for a physiotherapist in Madrid who speaks English? At Purafisioterapia we treat patients in English at both of our clinics: in the Barrio de Salamanca (C/ General Pardiñas 118, next to Avenida de América) and in Chamberí (C/ Blasco de Garay 37, near Argüelles). All our physiotherapists are registered (colegiados) with the Madrid College of Physiotherapists.
We are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 21:00, with one-to-one sessions.

Physiotherapy and exercise therapy
A full assessment followed by hands-on treatment and a tailored exercise programme, so you not only feel better but also reduce the risk of the problem coming back.
Osteopathy

Dry needling, EPTE and ultrasound
Ultrasound-guided techniques such as dry needling and percutaneous electrolysis (EPTE) for persistent muscle and tendon problems, with musculoskeletal ultrasound assessment.
Therapeutic Pilates
Small-group mat Pilates classes (4–5 people maximum) taught by physiotherapists at both clinics, plus private sessions.
Paediatric physiotherapy, gait analysis and home visits
We also offer paediatric and respiratory physiotherapy, gait analysis at our Salamanca clinic, and home-visit physiotherapy in Madrid.
